[wcb] Public Hearing - Change in Suite Number

If you are planning to join this meeting in person, please come to Suite 225 instead of Suite 100.  The landlord is replacing carpeting in the Central office and we've had to move down the hall.  We will be meeting in the hearing room at the Augusta Regional Office which is Suite 225 in the same building.  Instead of the front entrance, please use the side entrance and follow the signs on the wall to the Regional Office.  If you are joining the meeting via Teams, there is no change.

The Workers' Compensation Board will hold a public hearing on proposed rulemaking on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM.  The Board has proposed changes to eleven chapters which can be reviewed on our website.  The public hearing will be held in person at the Augusta Central Office, 442 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Augusta and via Teams (link below).  Public comments are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2026.
