MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE- Effective 1/1/2026

In accordance with 39-A M.R.S.A. Section 209-A, the Professional / Appendix II and Outpatient Facility / Appendix IV fee schedules have been updated for dates of service on or after 1-1-2026 (Excel file)<https://www.maine.gov/wcb/Departments/omrs/medfeesched/Effective_1-1-26_rev.xlsx>.
