MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE- Updated 2/17/2026

The Outpatient Facility / Appendix IV fee schedule has been corrected to reflect the finalized outpatient rules and data in CMS-1834-FC: 1-1-2026 (Excel file)<https://www.maine.gov/wcb/Departments/omrs/medfeesched/Effective_1-1-26_rev2.xlsx>.
