[wcb] WCB Board Meeting Reminders

Please note that the July Board of Directors meeting has been cancelled.  The August meeting will be held at the Augusta Central Office and via Teams (instead of in Caribou).  Once the Caribou office move is completed this fall, the Board will select a meeting date to be held in the new office space.
