The next Business Meeting of the Maine Workers' Compensation Board of Directors will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  At 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, the Workers' Compensation Board of Directors will conduct a hearing on a Motion to Compel Additional Discovery as part of a Petition for Extension of Benefits filed pursuant to 39-A MRSA §213(1)(B) in the matter of Clark v TWC Administration.

The meeting and the hearing will be conducted via Zoom and in person at the Workers' Compensation Board's Augusta Central Office located at 442 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Augusta, Maine
