Washington, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Aroostook counties.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As the flagship program of Maine Lakes, LakeSmart is an education and outreach program that recognizes lakefront homeowners who manage their land to protect the water quality of their lake. <o:p></o:p></p>
