<p class="MsoNormal">Maine DEP will not release an RFA for NPS <b>Implementation Grants</b> in 2026. We expect to return to CWA s.319 funded Implementation Grant-making in the Spring of 2027. CWA s.604b funded Planning Grants are not affected by this delay,
and we expect to release the <b>Planning Grant </b>RFA on March 11, 2026. <o:p>
