<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;color:black">This position will provide technical support for and implement the coastwide Marine Vegetation Mapping Program (MVMP), which includes
delineation of seagrass and salt marsh vegetation. As part of this work, the position supports field logistics, completes field data collection, operates vehicles and marine vessels, trailers marine vessels, assists with data management and analysis including
GIS tasks, maintains and repairs vessels and field equipment, implements quality management and safety procedures, and assists with development and dissemination of educational documents. This position additionally supports the Marine Environmental Monitoring
Program, Salmon Habitat Monitoring Program, and Surface Water Ambient Toxics program within the Marine Unit.
