volunteering with the Maine DEP Watershed Unit. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Please help spread the word that fallen logs in streams are good. Good for fish habitat, good for important aquatic bugs, and good for stream movement and allowing high flows to get into the
floodplain. As many of you know, we do not have enough large wood in the majority of our streams and we strategically place and secure logs in streams as the restoration technique.
