Registration is now open for the 2024 Rutgers Green Infrastructure Champions Program!!
Become a Green Infrastructure Champion by attended 5 or more classes in this 10 class webinar series. It is completely FREE to register and webinars are held in a virtual format via Zoom. Classes are 2-hours in length and run from 10:00am - 12:00pm. This comprehensive training includes an introduction to green infrastructure planning and implementation, technical support for designing green infrastructure demonstration projects, networking opportunities and assistance with grant writing.

2. Moving from planning to implementation of green infrastructure (Friday, Jan. 26, 2024)
3. Maintaining green infrastructure practices/ projects (Friday, Feb. 9, 2024)
4. Stormwater management regulations, policies, and ordinances (Friday, Feb. 23, 2024)
5. Green infrastructure planning and implementation for Sustainable Jersey points (Friday, Mar. 8, 2024)
6. Green infrastructure projects for schools (Friday, Mar. 22, 2024)
7. Retrofitting traditional detention basins with green infrastructure (Friday, Apr. 5, 2024)
8. How to design and build a rain garden (Friday, Apr. 19, 2024)
9. Developing green infrastructure master plans for an entire site or neighborhood (Friday, May 3, 2024)
10. Using green infrastructure to promote climate resiliency (Friday, May 17, 2024)
