<p><font face="garamond, times new roman, serif" size="4">I am reaching out to gather information regarding the use of MEA Salary Scales across districts. Specifically, our district is reviewing a scale originally adopted for the 2008–2009 school year that uses <strong>prior experience solely for initial placement</strong> on the salary scale, with all subsequent movement based strictly on step progression.</font></p>
<p><font face="garamond, times new roman, serif" size="4">I would appreciate hearing from any district that:</font></p>
