<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Evan,</div><div><br></div><div>Our Board generally signs on paper in person, but during COVID we consulted with our lawyers and got "permission" to have them review the warrant docs remotely and indicate their approval with an email. We still occasionally use this method during the summer months when the Board meets infrequently.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm wondering, do you mean that your Finance Committee members are physically present but using an inked stamp to sign?
