We have discovered some errors in the seed reports from MaineCare, and urge you to carefully review these to be sure that:<br>
- the student is enrolled in your school administrative unit (SAU)<br>
- the student has an IEP or IFSP that requires the service listed<br>
- the dates and the durations correspond with actual required services<br>
<br>
The recovery of Q4’24 MaineCare Seed will occur in the October 2024 subsidy payment. The Maine Department of Education (DOE) is asking SAUs to review their reports by October 15, 2024, to ensure accurate adjustments to subsidy. SAU staff must review student
claims on the public and private MaineCare reports for Q4’24 and submit disputes, if necessary, by October 15, 2024.<br>
