employee shall attest on the documentation that the leave falls into one of
four categories: religious, legal, business or family. Final approval of a
personal leave request shall remain unchanged unless agreed upon by the Director

vacations may be granted upon approval by the Director. Per Article 11 section
A-1, two additional days may be used from sick leave while 26 M.R.S. §637 is in
