<div dir="ltr">Hey everyone,<div>I hope you are having a safe and happy holiday season.</div><div><br></div><div>Following up on the Board Member compensation question from a couple of weeks ago.</div><div><br></div><div>I've had a board member ask the following and am curious how other districts might respond - </div><div><ol><li>Would paying through payroll make them employees who are subject to all the laws around the same?</li><li>Will they need to be paid minimum wage?</li><li>Would they be required to be covered by Worker's Comp?</li><li>Would FMLA apply?
