[SchoolFinance] School ERP Pro pay average

Hi, Ashlie,
So we have 2 salary schedules. One is set up as annualized and the other is
simply hourly. I'll use Ed Techs as an example. All of our Ed Techs are 190
day employees (includes days worked, as well as holidays). They all work a
7 hour day. We update this once a year. In my experience, it is not
cumbersome, at all. Once it's done, it's done for the year. When you move
everyone's steps, you simply do it for both schedules, which should move
the staff member's position and pay appropriately.
