[SchoolFinance] Finance committee warrant signing

We are a municipality- but yes, the finance committee signs on
Wednesday--we send the warrant to the Town---they approve and move the
money into the sweep account- checks go out on Friday.
We are working on getting AP set up with an ACH file for the new fiscal
year in hopes we can reduce checks.
We do not write out checks in the middle of the week--but we do process AP
weekly.
