[SchoolFinance] Tax Calculator

Hi Kathi,

Take the value of the home and divide it by $1,000.    Then take that
amount and multiply it by the mil rate. Do the same calculation for last
year's mil rate.  Compare the two results.

$100.000 home.  Mil rate this year 11. - Tax = $1100
Mill Rate last year 10.5 Tax = 1050

I usually do a 200,000 and and 300,000 home as well for comparison.
