[SchoolFinance] Letter Received from HM regarding Section 125

I hope all is well. I am reaching out to advise you that effective 8/31/26,
Horace Mann will be discontinuing Section 125 plan services due to a change
in our business model. The attached letter is formal notice.



If you would like to continue offering Section 125 plans to employees, you
can contact Health Equity directly and they can service and continue your
Flex program. You can contact Health Equity at: 866-855-8908 or submit an
inquiry through their platform at: https://www.healthequity.com/employers
