[SchoolFinance] Processing PFML benefit payments

We are also having Guardian take care of taxes and reporting. Our premium
went from .96 to .97 but is well worth it in my opinion. On the initial
application for Guardian it was indicated under Tax Reporting Options. They
pay the portion of the FICA contributions and issue W-2's at the end of the
year.
