[SchoolFinance] Private MaineCare SEED Expenditures – 2026 Q1 & Q2 Trends

Our Q1 & Q2 Seed amounts are very similar to our Q3 & Q4 from last year,
and in fact consistent with all of the prior year as well.
That is to say, outrageously high (but not different).
