[SchoolFinance] ESCE 3 and 4 year old's in Regards to Budget

Good Afternoon,

MSAD 52 is in Cohort 2 and we have been tracking our staff hours associated
with the Special Ed Pre-K program so we know what we should be budgeting
for future years.  We also allocated a % of staff salaries who are
presently working with the students to the fund.
