[SchoolFinance] Human Resources

I know this question has gone around in different ways, but I am looking
specifically to see how many staff your district has, and what you have for
Human Resource positions, or (if you don't have one) who takes on the
duties of Human Resources.  Also, if you have an Assistant Superintendent
that takes on any of those duties.

RSU 10 has over 500 staff and they are looking to cut our Human Resources
position.
