[SchoolFinance] Out of District 1:1

Hi Katie,

We have used 53400 as the object for contracted services for a 1 to 1 nurse
in the past when we had to hire a nurse through an outside company and they
worked in the district. This is the exact line that we used
1000.XXX.2300.2190.53400. I am not sure if it would be different being this
was a nurse for a student at an out of district placement.
