[SchoolFinance] Anyone calculating overtime by day rather than week?

Hi Adam,
One of our districts had that (OT after 8 hours worked in one day) and we
negotiated it out.  We defended with an example that by that standard,
someone could work 40 hours in one week and not get any OT pay, yet someone
working one 10 hour day would get 2 hours in OT pay even if they only
worked one day that week.

We successfully negotiated it out.
