[SchoolFinance] Student Transport in personal vehicle

There was some guidance that we received recently from MSMA about this. It
basically said that you "can" but if there were an accident they would not
pay. It would be on your employee's insurance. They provided a form that
you should have your employee sign so that they are aware of this.
I will see if I can find that for you if you'd like.
