[SchoolFinance] Snow Removal Procedures - School Buses

Our bus drivers are responsible for clearing their buses---I do believe we
have a list of people who 'volunteer' for overtime for this---but
ultimately, it is their responsibility to ensure their bus is ready to go
when school starts.
We also have a plow crew that consists of 'volunteers' throughout the
grounds, facilities and transportation staff--once they sign up to plow,
the Director directs when they plow, etc.
