[SchoolFinance] Amazon Business Prime opportunity for all Maine public school districts

I was not at the meeting in person so maybe this was explained there or
maybe Amazon is messing up? This appears to only be a free 30 day trial of
business prime. After that you get a discounted price for one year and then
back to the regular price.

It was not the deal I thought it was so I just want to make others aware
that it is only a 30 day trial and not a free year membership.
