[SchoolFinance] Anthem

Anthem has said that they expect to announce the Max rate increase on March
27th, but if things are looking catastrophic, they will communicate that to
us earlier to help prepare for the Max rate announcement. Specific rates
should be available by April 10th.

OHTS is budgeting 15%
