[SchoolFinance] Paymode Vendor Fee HELP!

Does anyone else use Paymode for their ACH payments from the State? We have
used them sense before I took over this position. Today I received an
invoice for a network fee. This was a very large fee for the deposit of our
subsidy.  Has anyone else come across this or how to get to actually speak
with someone at Paymode?
