[SchoolFinance] Payroll/HR

We have not looked to outsource Payroll, although it has been VERY
challenging the last few years with staff turnover in the payroll dept.
We are a Service Center located in Fort Kent/Madawaska Area that oversees 3
separate Districts (3 separate Central Offices):
SAD27:  We serve fewer than 800 students, two schools.  1 payroll, 1
Bookeeper, 1 AP/Receptionist
SAD33: We serve fewer than 225 students, 2 schools and shared CTE/Tech
Center (serving all 3 Districts).  1 payroll/admin asst, 1 A/P/Admin Asst.
Madawaska School Dept:  We serve fewer than 400 students, 2 schools.  1
payroll/bookkeeper, 1 AP/Reception, 1 admin asst that helps with student
reporting (but is primarily our transportation coord)

and two positions that work for all three Districts:
Myself - Director of Finance
1 Admin Asst to HR (hiring/recruitment, WC & FMLA, Policies).

Never a dull moment!
