[SchoolFinance] NEO Training - Maine School Bus Purchasing Program

Dear School Business Officials,
First, I would like to apologize to those who attended the NEO training on October 15 at 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the Zoom meeting was unexpectedly shut down because my account did not have an extended contract. Since then, the State has upgraded the account to ensure this does not happen again.
On Monday, I sent out a short tutorial demonstrating the three different methods for applying for a new school bus through the Maine School Bus Purchasing Program. I am also planning a Zoom meeting on November 5 at 1:00 p.m. to review the video, show where information can be found, and answer any questions you may have about the application process at the end of the session.
The following link is a five-minute tutorial on applying for a new school bus November 1 through November 25. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Just a reminder that on Monday, November 3, the Maine School Bus Purchasing Program will open in NEO. The application process is open through November 25, 2025.  Approvals will be completed between December 30 and January 15. Please let me know if you have questions.
