[SchoolFinance] FY25 Q4 Actual Files -MEFS needed for FY27 EPS Calculations

Hello SAU Business office Colleagues,

Please check to see if your FY25 Q4 files Actual files (Revenue, Expenditure, or Balance Sheet) are submitted.

If your all files are in "migrated" status, you are done. "Thank you!"

If any of your files are in "approved" status, please certify them so they migrate to our database. "Thank you!"

If any of your files are in "pending" status, "Thank you!" We will review them shortly. Keep a look out for status changes!

If any of your files failed or were rejected, please review the error, correct it, and resubmit your files. "Thank you!"

If any of your files are not submitted, please prioritize submitting any missing FY25 Quarter 4 Actual files as soon as possible and no later than Oct 31.

All data must be submitted, DOE reviewed, and SAU certified by Nov. 15th the freeze date of the data for use in the FY25 EPS subsidy calculation.  We need all SAUs' information to appropriately calculate the FY27 EPS Subsidy.
We understand that your financials may not yet be audited.  We recommend submitting preliminary files and then submitting audited files with any necessary changes once they are complete.
