[SchoolFinance] Staff Trainings/Workshop

Before I make up a new SOP on employees taking courses/training/workshops
does anyone have one that would be willing to share with me?

We are having a very hard time with staff just signing up for things that
no one knows about and would love to have an updated SOP to give out to
help our Curriculum Secretary coordinate things.
