[SchoolFinance] FOA request from Andrew Carlton, of Notionize.org

Has anyone else received a request for employee information from this
organization, and if so, did you respond?  It seems it is a
person/organization attempting to get employee names/emails to use for
commercial purposes of advertising/sales.  I am wondering if this has to be
complied with since they will likely be sending "spam" through our district
email system.
