Yes.  The State will include funds in the ED279 for leased space for a period not to exceed 5 years.
There is, however, an application that needs to be submitted to the State annually.

We are also starting to investigate this option at the request of our board. We have been pointed to Schiavi homes in Oxford and I believe MSAD 51 as they just had some portables approved in the Leased Space program last year.
