[SchoolFinance] Looking for Feedback on Arbiter Pay

Andrea,

We implemented it last year with excellent results. One important note:
fund transfers can take several days when the balance runs low, so advance
planning is essential. Additionally, ensure there's clear communication
between the person approving the officiating payments and the person
processing them. In the past, we've had officials waiting for payment
simply because our office wasn't notified that approvals had been completed
and payments were ready to process.
