[SchoolFinance] ERP Contracts - Merge Option

Has anyone using the ERP (Infinite Visions) software created employee mail
merge contracts?  This is my first year attempting to use this feature.  I
have had success with teachers and administrators, but my hourly agreements
are quite different based on the additional information we provide (Work
days, Vacation Days, Holidays, Leave With Pay, etc).

I am struggling with creating the mail merge document to pull this
information in.   I would appreciate any help or cheat sheets.
