[SchoolFinance] Maine Paid FMLA

When I spoke with them, they said for security purposes it had to be
separate emails. I mentioned that this would be a problem for many
districts and that it seemed strange because we were able to report
unemployment and Maine Withholding with only one email. I ended up having
to work with our Tech Team to get a unique email for each school.
