[SchoolFinance] Van Drivers

We have van drivers who have to get a physicals with their own PCP.

Curious, what is a DOE physical?  I thought years ago that the DOE deferred
the bus driver requirements to something from the feds which for us, made
it practically impossible for our drivers to pass given their ages...
