[SchoolFinance] Use of Gift Cards as Prizes - Students

If Hermon has a gift card reward/award (I ask that they are very, very far
and few between) we require the student to sign a form stating they
received the gift card for $x.xx with a description of what it is for. This
way we can prove it was given to the individual it was intended for.
