[SchoolFinance] Results of Budget BVRs?

RSU/SAD #37 passed yesterday.  A whopping 137 voters district-wide in five
towns...so sad!  But, hey, we got a budget.
86 yes, 51 no     Total budget increase of 4.5%, total taxation increase to
towns 5.32%
