[SchoolFinance] Results of Budget BVRs?

MSAD 17 passed last night!!
7.94 total budget increase.
21% to the locals as we didn't have the carryover we typically have to
offset their portion and EPS local share was increased by $934K due to
property valuations.
We have a $54m budget.
