[SchoolFinance] Results of Budget BVRs?

Good Morning,
For those that had a BVR yesterday, Did your Budget Pass or Fail, and what
% increase was your increase to the local Towns' assessments?

MSAD33 - Passed.  % Increase to locals is 8.5% (avg)
MSAD27 - Failed.  Were asking for 7.8% (avg) Increase to locals
Madawaska - failed.  Were asking for 4.9% Increase to locals
