Good morning,

Q4 2025 Actual revenue, expenditure, and balance sheets are to be successfully submitted in MEFS by August 30, 2025.

Q1 2025 Budget revenue and expenditure uploaded to MEFS & budget backup documentation submitted as soon as possible if the 2025 budget requirements are not completed.

Q1 2026 Budget revenue and expenditure are to be successfully submitted in MEFS within 30 days of the budget passing or by August 15, 2025.
After submission of budget files in MEFS, please send the following budget backup documentation to denise.towers at maine.gov<mailto:denise.towers at maine.gov> or upload to MEFS in the document upload section.


  *   Warrant Articles
  *   Budget Meeting Minutes
  *   Vote Declaration
