The association asked for a lot of language, but the board was only willing
to put the below language in the contract.
PAID FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE



A.      The Board agrees to equally share the cost of Maine’s Paid Family
Medical Leave insurance program, not to exceed .5% of the employees’ wages.
