[SchoolFinance] Social Security vs MEPers

Not to complicate the discussion but...
We have a retired/rehired teacher who is now subbing for us and she is
asking to pay into SS in order to top off her quarters so that she will
qualify for SS benefits (she is 5-6 quarters shy of 40.) The only thing we
could find on the SSA website was that the determining factor is a 218
agreement. Since we don't have a 218 agreement for subs but subs can opt
in or opt out we are planning to allow her to opt in. Would love to hear
thoughts from other business managers...
