[SchoolFinance] plowing/sanding

Hi,

We are similar to RSU 29 and RSU 37 and have put out a bid for contracted
services for the driveways and parking lots with sand/salt included in the
contract. Our in-house staff handles doorways and sidewalks with salt the
district purchases. We currently use three contractors for four campuses.
