[SchoolFinance] plowing/sanding

We do it in-house.
The city used to do it for us but had to drop us due to worker shortages
about 7-8 years ago.
We have a contractor available in the event that a particular storm is more
than we can handle but we have never had to use them. (I hope I did not
jinx ourselves).

The City allows us to use their sand at no charge.  Like you, we pick it up
and spread it ourselves with our own equipment.  We purchase our own salt.
