[SchoolFinance] plowing/sanding

Good Morning.

Question for RSU/MSAD business managers:

How do you handle plowing and sanding of school driveways and parking lots?

Do you do it in-house?
Do you hire outside contractors?
Do your member towns do it?  If so, do they bill the school unit for it?

We currently handle it in-house and with contractors.  All but two towns
provide sand free of charge (no salt or mixed product).  We pick it up from
their sites and spread it on our properties.
